Level 1: Vitality Qi Gong

In order to live happy and healthy lives we need energy. Vitality Qi Gong teaches students to increase the energy flow in the body via a balance of meditation, abdominal breathing and soft movement.  Learn to releasing stagnant Qi and gather Qi from the earth, nature and universe.

Level 2: Back Qi Gong

Level 3: Mind Moving Qi

Prerequisite: Levels 1 & 2

Features revolutionary standing meditation practice to strengthen Jing Qi, exercises to collect energy from the sun, moon, trees, air and distant galaxies as well as Micro and Marco Orbit meditation.

Level 4: Tai Chi Qi Gong

To benefit fully from the cultivation of Qi, we must train both the mind and the body. The Tai Chi Qi Gong workshop applies energy to Tai Chi movements. Combine the power of Tai Qi with the mind of Qi Gong.

Wu's Health and Fitness Qi Gong
